About Ernestine Shepherd - Ernestine Shepherd, known as “The Oldest Woman Bodybuilder” at age 74 in the Guinness Book Of World Records (2010). She's also known as "Granny Six-Pack" in Ripley's Believe Or Not! Ernestine is a trainer and motivational speaker for AARP and United HealthCare. She is also an author and is now a songwriter. Ernestine turned 85 on June 16, 2021.
